Terms and conditions — Video content
These terms govern the use of the video content published by SicParviStudio and the relationship with those who watch it, comment on it or intend to reuse it.

2. Distribution platforms
The videos are published and played on third-party platforms, in particular YouTube. Viewing is also subject to those platforms' terms of use, which are outside our control. In case of conflict, for the technical aspects of the playback service the platform's terms prevail.
3. Nature of the content
The videos are for explanatory and informational purposes. They do not constitute professional advice of any kind: medical, legal, tax, financial or technical. The information is carefully checked at the time of publication, but may become outdated or incomplete. Before making any significant decision, always check with official sources or a qualified professional.
4. Intellectual property
The videos, scripts, voices, graphics, animations and trade marks appearing in the content belong to SicParviStudio or to their respective rights holders, unless otherwise indicated in the video or its description.
4.1 What you may do
- Watch and share the videos using the sharing and embedding features provided by the platform.
- Quote short extracts for the purposes of news reporting, criticism, discussion or teaching, citing the source, within the limits set by copyright law.
4.2 What you may not do without written authorisation
- Re-upload the videos, in whole or in part, to other channels or platforms.
- Reuse clips inside your own content, including modified, dubbed or translated versions.
- Use the content or the trade mark for commercial, promotional or advertising purposes.
- Remove logos, credits or references to the source.

5. Third-party material
Some videos may include images, clips, music or data from third parties, used under licence or within the limits of the right of quotation, with credits given in the video or in its description. Such material remains the property of its respective owners and is not covered by the permissions granted in section 4.
6. Comments and conduct
The comments section is open to discussion. Insults, harassment, discriminatory or unlawful content, spam, unsolicited promotion of products or services, and the disclosure of other people's personal data are not allowed. We may remove comments that breach these rules or report them to the platform. Every comment remains the responsibility of whoever writes it.
7. Reports and errors
If you find a mistake in a video, write to us: we correct it with a note in the description or, where the error is significant, with a clarification in a later video.
8. Collaborations and sponsored content
Any content produced in collaboration with third parties or for payment is always clearly declared in the video and in the description, as advertising rules require. The presence of a sponsor does not affect the accuracy of the information presented.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage arising from the use of the information contained in the videos, nor for the availability or operation of the distribution platforms. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or rights that the law makes mandatory.
10. External links
Descriptions may contain links to third-party sites, given for further reading. We have no control over such sites and are not responsible for their content or their data practices.
11. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumer users, the competent court is that of the consumer's place of residence or domicile, where situated in Italy.
12. Changes
These terms may be updated. The applicable version is the one published on this page on the date shown above.
