Website privacy policy

sicparvistudio website · Last updated: 25 July 2026

This policy covers the processing of personal data of visitors to this website. The policies for individual products are separate documents, listed at the bottom of this page.

1. Data controller

SicParviStudio
Address: to be completed
Email: [email protected]

2. General principle

This is a static informational website. It requires no registration, contains no data collection forms and uses no analytics, profiling or third-party advertising cookies.

3. Data processed

3.1 Browsing data

Like any website, the server hosting these pages automatically records some information sent by your browser: IP address, date and time of the request, page requested, browser type and operating system. This data is used solely to serve the site, keep it secure and derive anonymous technical statistics, and is retained by the hosting provider only for as long as those purposes require.

3.2 Fonts and external resources

The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. To allow this, your IP address is transmitted to Google's servers. No cookie is installed by this service. If you would rather avoid the connection entirely, you can block requests to fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com from your browser settings or with an extension: the site remains fully readable with system fonts.

3.3 Contact by email

If you write to the address shown on the site, we process your email address and the content of your message in order to reply and handle the request. We do not use these contacts for marketing.

4. Purposes and legal bases

5. Cookies

The site installs no profiling cookies. There is no consent banner because there is no processing that would require one. Should analytics or advertising tools be introduced in future, this policy will be updated and your prior consent will be requested.

6. Data recipients

We do not sell or otherwise pass on your data.

7. Transfers outside the European Economic Area

Any transfers to third countries take place on the basis of the safeguards set out in Chapter V of the GDPR, in particular the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

8. Retention

Server logs are retained for the period set by the hosting provider, normally no more than a few months. Emails are retained for a maximum of 24 months after the request is closed.

9. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability (Arts. 15-22 GDPR) by writing to [email protected]. If you believe the processing infringes the GDPR you may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).

10. Policies for individual products

11. Changes

This policy may be updated. The version in force is the one published on this page, bearing the date shown above.
