Privacy policy — Video content

Channel and video content · Last updated: 25 July 2026

This policy concerns the processing of personal data connected with the video content published by SicParviStudio and with the messages you send us about it. It is issued under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

1. Data controller

Davide Pergola

SicParviStudio is the name under which the products described on this site are published.

2. General principle

The videos are distributed through third-party platforms. We do not run playback infrastructure of our own and do not directly collect browsing or viewing data: that is processed by the platform on which you watch the video, as an independent controller.

3. Data processed

3.1 Data collected by the distribution platform

When you watch a video on YouTube (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC), the platform may process data such as IP address, device identifiers, cookies and similar technologies, viewing history and interactions, including for advertising and content recommendation purposes. That processing is governed by Google's privacy policy and by your account settings, over which we have no control.

3.2 Statistics we receive

As the owners of the channel we receive aggregated, anonymous statistics from the platform: number of views, average watch time, geographic origin by area, aggregated age brackets. They do not allow you to be identified and are not combined with other data.

3.3 Comments and public interactions

If you comment on a video, your username and the text of the comment are public on the platform and visible to anyone. We may read them, reply, and in the case of offensive, unlawful or off-topic content remove the comment or report it to the platform.

3.4 Data you send us

If you write to suggest a subject, report an error or propose a collaboration, we process your email address and the content of your message in order to reply and handle the request.

4. Purposes and legal bases

5. Data recipients

We do not sell or pass on your data to third parties for their own purposes.

6. Transfers outside the European Economic Area

The platforms listed may transfer data to the United States on the basis of the safeguards set out in Chapter V of the GDPR, in particular the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

7. Retention

8. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability (Arts. 15-22 GDPR) by writing to [email protected]. For data processed by the distribution platform (viewing history, cookies, advertising profiling) you must contact the platform directly or act through your account settings.

If you believe the processing infringes the GDPR you may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).

9. Minors

The content is aimed at a general audience and is not specifically intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the platforms used or to the law. The version in force is the one published on this page, bearing the date shown above.
